JR East Real Estate Asset Management Advisors announced in July 2025 that it has acquired two logistics facilities developed by Tokyo Tatemono — T-LOGI Ayase and T-LOGI Tsurugashima — under a co-asset management structure with Tokyo Tatemono Investment Advisors. Both facilities are environmentally friendly logistics properties certified under ZEB (Net Zero Energy Building) standards.
This marks the first time that JR East Real Estate Investment Advisors has added operating logistics assets to its entrusted portfolio. The company positions this transaction as a step toward realizing its mid-to-long-term growth strategy of providing diverse investment opportunities, aiming to expand and diversify its asset types.
