Hulic Co., Ltd. has made a strategic investment in the industrial facility “20 Tuas South Avenue 14”, located in Singapore’s Tuas district, through a joint investment with ESR, a leading logistics real estate developer and operator in the Asia-Pacific region. The property is a stabilized logistics warehouse and factory asset situated in close proximity to Tuas Port, one of the largest container ports in the world.

The asset is a large-scale industrial complex with a site area of approximately 252,733 sq. m (approx. 2,720,000 sq. ft.) and a gross floor area of approximately 251,190 sq. m (approx. 2,703,000 sq. ft.). The logistics warehouse component was completed in 2022, while the solar panel manufacturing facility was completed in 2009. Singapore’s western Tuas district is positioned as the country’s core industrial and logistics hub.

This project represents Hulic’s second collaboration with ESR in Singapore, following the Sunview Logistics & Container Hub project, a joint investment in a logistics warehouse and automated container depot development. Through collaboration with TRI Investment Management Pte. Ltd., which acts as the coordinator of a Japanese investor consortium, Yasuda Real Estate Co., Ltd., Kanden Realty & Development Co., Ltd., and Fuyo General Lease Co., Ltd. are also participating in the investment. Hulic continues to expand its overseas business by investing in demand-driven assets across the U.S. and Asia, focusing on regions with strong economic and population growth, and this investment is positioned as part of that broader strategy.
