Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment Corporation will sell the “IIF Kamata R&D Center” to Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development. Closing is scheduled for October 1, with a sale price of JPY 10.0 billion.
The property was completed in 1988 with a gross floor area of about 6,622 tsubo (approx. 218,900 sq. ft.). Since its acquisition in 2012, the building has been primarily occupied by Tokyo Keiki, whose lease is set to expire in March 2026.
