FPG Acquires Newly Built Retail Building in Omotesando

FPG acquired FPG Links Omotesando V, a retail building in Jingumae 5-chome, Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, on June 30, 2026. The property was developed as the Jingumae 5-chome Project, with Sumitomo Corp. serving as the project owner. FPG acquired the development site in June 2025 and acquired the building upon completion.
The property is located a four-minute walk from Omotesando Station on the Tokyo Metro lines and a five-minute walk from Meiji-jingumae Harajuku Station on the Tokyo Metro lines. It is situated across from Omotesando Hills and Apple Omotesando, in an area with a concentration of luxury brand flagship stores, including Louis Vuitton and Hermes.
The building has six floors above ground and two basement levels, with a Gross Floor Area of approximately 999 tsubo (approx. 35,500 sq. ft.). It is used for retail, service and food-and-beverage tenants. Loro Piana and TAG Heuer, both under the LVMH Group, occupy the property.
FPG fractionalizes real estate properties it selectively acquires in prime central Tokyo locations and provides investment opportunities through its Premium Asset Series of fractional real estate products. Around Omotesando, the company has developed four properties from FPG Links Omotesando to FPG Links Omotesando IV, and this acquisition expands the series in the Omotesando area, where luxury brands are concentrated.
