Scroll360 Corporation, a company specializing in e-commerce fulfillment services, will open its third logistics hub in the Kanto region—“SLC Tsukuba”—on July 1, 2025. The company will lease approximately 3,145 tsubo (approx. 103,950 sq. ft.) across the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Tsukuba Logistics Center, a multi-tenant logistics facility developed by ORIX Real Estate Corporation.

The facility has a gross floor area of approximately 14,983 tsubo (approx. 495,300 sq. ft.) and is a four-story steel-frame structure. It is located approximately 4.7km from the Tsukuba-Chuo Interchange on the Ken-O Expressway and about 2km from Kenkyu-Gakuen Station on the Tsukuba Express line—offering access to both the Greater Tokyo Area and Northern Kanto.

Scroll360 will occupy 1,422 tsubo (approx. 47,000 sq. ft.) on the 2nd floor and 1,723 tsubo (approx. 57,000 sq. ft.) on the 3rd floor. With its proprietary warehouse management system (WMS) at the core, the company will integrate B2B and B2C fulfillment operations, strengthen response to order fluctuation, and enhance personalization of packaging. A café lounge will also be provided for employees.

The facility’s rooftop is equipped with solar power generation, and ORIX will supply electricity with non-fossil fuel energy certificates, enabling tenants to power their operations with 100% renewable energy.

With the opening of this new site, Scroll360’s total logistics footprint in the Kanto region will expand to approximately 18,000 tsubo (approx. 595,000 sq. ft.), and the group’s total nationwide network will reach about 66,000 tsubo (approx. 2.18 million sq. ft.). Scroll360 aims to flexibly share resources across its three Kanto hubs—SLC Mirai, SLC Kasukabe, and SLC Tsukuba—to support clients’ D2C and omnichannel retail strategies.
