In April 2025, Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Advantage Real Advisors Co.,Ltd. acquired a majority ownership interest in the R.S. Building, located in Shinjuku 3-chome, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, from Ryuseido Honten Co., Ltd.
According to registry records, Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate acquired a 92% ownership stake, while Advantage Real Advisors acquired 3%. Ryuseido Honten retains a 5% interest in the property.
