Tokyu Land to Open First Rebranded Tokyu Stay Hotel in March 2026
Tokyu Land Corporation announced plans to open the first rebranded property under its “Tokyu Stay” brand in March 2026. The hotel will be operated by Tokyu Resorts & Stays.
The property is located a one-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line’s Ebisu Station and two minutes from the west exit of JR Ebisu Station. The 10-story building with one basement level will feature 77 guestrooms. Each room will include a kitchenette and washer-dryer to accommodate medium- to long-term stays as well as group demand.
