Keppel DC REIT Acquires Tokyo Data Centre 3 for JPY 82.1 Billion

Singapore-listed Keppel DC REIT announced it will acquire “Tokyo Data Centre 3” in Inzai, Chiba, together with its parent company Keppel Limited, for JPY 82.1 billion (approx. USD 555 million).

The five-story property marks the REIT’s second data center acquisition in Japan. Following the deal, Keppel DC REIT’s assets under management are expected to expand to SGD 5.7 billion (approx. USD 4.44 billion).
