Daiwa House Industry announced that it broke ground on a new multi-tenant logistics facility, “DPL Ishikawa Hakusan,” in Minato-machi, Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture, on September 16, 2025. Completion is scheduled for September 30, 2026, with tenant move-in beginning October 1, 2026.
