LE GRATTECIEL BUILDING Inc. acquired Totsu Residence Shiodome, a rental apartment property in Shimbashi 6-chome, Minato Ward, Tokyo, from Open House Real Estate Co., Ltd. in March 2026.

The property is a 12-story steel-reinforced concrete building completed in September 2003, with a Gross Floor Area of approximately 299 tsubo (approx. 10,600 sq. ft.).
