Hankyu Hanshin Properties Completes Two Logistics Facilities in Kita-Itami and Kyoto-Fushimi

Two logistics facilities that Hankyu Hanshin Properties had been developing in the Kansai region have been completed. LOGiSTA Kita-Itami in Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture, was completed on June 30, 2026, and LOGiSTA Kyoto-Fushimi in Fushimi Ward, Kyoto City, was completed on July 31, 2026.

LOGiSTA Kita-Itami has four above-ground floors, with a Gross Floor Area of approximately 9,700 tsubo (approx. 345,200 sq. ft.). The first and second floors have a total of 36 truck berths accommodating 10-ton trucks, and the facility can accommodate up to four tenants. It is located approximately 3.1 km from the Kawanishi-Obana IC on the Hanshin Expressway Route 11 Ikeda Line, approximately 4 km from the Chugoku-Ikeda IC on the Chugoku Expressway, and approximately 4.5 km from Osaka International Airport.

LOGiSTA Kyoto-Fushimi has four above-ground floors, with a Gross Floor Area of approximately 3,300 tsubo (approx. 117,400 sq. ft.). Trucks can only access the ground floor, and the facility is equipped with a cargo elevator with a load capacity of 4.0 tons and a vertical conveyor. It is located approximately 5.9 km from the Kyoto-Minami IC on the Meishin Expressway and approximately 6.4 km from the Fushimi IC on the Dai-Ni Keihan Road.

LOGiSTA Kita-Itami is well positioned for consumption areas near the Osaka and Kobe urban centers and across the Kansai region, while LOGiSTA Kyoto-Fushimi is suited for wide-area distribution across the Kansai region as well as deliveries to central Kyoto City.
