Tosei Acquires Small Building in Mita, Minato Ward
Tosei has acquired “Mita Ishida Building” in Mita 3-chome, Minato Ward, Tokyo. The seller was Trinity Idea.
The property is a three-story reinforced concrete building completed in May 1997. It has a Gross Floor Area of approximately 40 tsubo (approx. 1,424 sq. ft.). It is located a three-minute walk from Mita Station on the Toei Mita and Asakusa lines and a four-minute walk from Tamachi Station on the JR Yamanote and Keihin-Tohoku lines.
The Mita and Tamachi area has seen a series of large-scale redevelopment projects. The office tower in the “Tokyo Mita Redevelopment Project,” led by Sumitomo Realty & Development, was completed in 2023, while “Mitamachi Terrace” (the Tamachi Station-front Reconstruction Project) was completed in August 2025.
Additional projects are also planned, including Mori Trust’s approximately 180-meter-tall mixed-use facility, “Tentative Name) Mita 3-chome Project,” scheduled for completion in fiscal 2031, and the “Tamachi Station West Exit Station-Front District Development Project,” in which Mitsui Fudosan is participating and which is scheduled for completion in 2029.
