Hayate Group Acquires Rental Apartment Building in Taito Ward

Hayate Group has acquired Sur Flore, a rental apartment building located in Nihonzutsumi 2-chome, Taito Ward, Tokyo. The group operates the Hayate Ventures Shizuoka professional baseball team, which newly joined the league following the first structural reform of Japanese professional baseball in 66 years.

The property is a seven-minute walk from Minamisenju Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and was completed in 2012. With a total of 56 units, the property is a rental apartment building for singles and DINKs, consisting of 1K and 1LDK units. The company intends to hold the asset for the medium to long term.

Hayate Group has steadily acquired income-producing real estate on a recurring basis. Going forward, however, Hayate 103, a group company, plans to obtain a real estate brokerage license and newly enter the real estate business.
