GO inc. relocated its office from Roppongi to Motoazabu, Minato Ward on October 1, 2025. The new base, “GO Motoazabu BASE,” is intended to function as a hub not only for employees but also for clients and partners.

The new office is on the 2nd floor of the Ichigo Motoazabu Building. The layout offers clear sightlines from the entrance and includes an arena-style event space that can host gatherings of about 50 people. The meeting area comprises five conference rooms, eight open tables, and three private booths. Each conference room employs different materials to support varied uses such as decision-making and discussion. The space also features 20+ works by contemporary artists, including Teppei Takeda and Naoya Inose.

Behind the move is GO’s aim to strengthen its role as a hub for people seeking change and challenge. Embracing the concept of “the most comfortable office in the world,” the design emphasizes collaboration with clients and partners. The arena will host GO’s “The Creative Academy” program as well as a variety of other events.

In the Hiroo area, average asking rents for small offices under 500 tsubo (approx. 17,792 sq. ft.) within a 10-minute walk of Hiroo Station have been trending in the high JPY 15,000s per tsubo. Owing to proximity to Roppongi and Azabujuban, the Motoazabu/Hiroo submarket is increasingly selected by creative firms and startups as a relocation destination according to “estie market research”.
