Spiral Relocates Fukuoka Branch to Fukuoka Kyoei Kasai Building

Spiral relocated its Fukuoka branch office on November 25, 2025, moving to the 5th floor of the Fukuoka Kyoei Kasai Building in Daimyo, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City. The relocation was prompted by team expansion, and the new office is a three-minute walk from Tenjin Station on the Fukuoka City Subway Airport Line.

The company provides its low-code development platform “SPIRAL” to a broad range of clients, including government agencies, financial institutions, manufacturers, and retailers. With more than 14,000 corporate installations, Spiral celebrated its 25th anniversary in April 2025. The Fukuoka branch supports DX initiatives across the Kyushu region and continues to strengthen its locally focused sales organization.

The previous office was located in the Fukuoka Tenjin Fukoku Seimei Building, directly connected to Tenjin Station, where Spiral had occupied split floors on the 10th and 15th levels since an expansion in 2022. With this relocation, the company appears to have consolidated operations onto the 5th floor of the Fukuoka Kyoei Kasai Building. The new building, completed in December 1990, rises 18 stories above ground with standard floor plates of approximately 98 tsubo (approx. 3,500 sq. ft.). It is also a five-minute walk from Akasaka Station, offering convenient access to Hakata Station and Tenjin-Minami Station.
