Mitsui Fudosan to Open Phase II of Mitsui Outlet Park Tainan in 2026

Mitsui Fudosan announced that Phase II of Mitsui Outlet Park Tainan will open in spring 2026.

The property is located near Tainan Station on the Taiwan High Speed Rail and Shalun Station on the conventional rail line, about 1.5 kilometers from the Taiwan National Freeway interchange. Phase II will add approximately 6,958 tsubo (approx. 230,000 sq. ft.), bringing the total gross floor area to about 33,275 tsubo (approx. 1.1 million sq. ft.). In 2027, the outlet will also be connected to the stations via a pedestrian bridge.
