Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management Relocates Headquarters to Mitsui-Affiliated Office Building in Nihonbashi

Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management relocated its headquarters office within Nihonbashi-honcho 2-chome in Tokyo’s Chuo Ward on May 18, 2026. The company moved from the second floor of Nihonbashi Honcho 2-Chome Building to the 13th and 14th floors of Nihonbashi Astellas Mitsui Building.

The new location, Nihonbashi Astellas Mitsui Building, is an office building completed in 2013. Mitsui Fudosan and Astellas Pharma developed the property, and most of the building had been used as Astellas Pharma’s headquarters, but Astellas Pharma had reduced the amount of space it occupies.

Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management is a hotel operator wholly owned by Mitsui Fudosan, with 1,258 employees as of April 1, 2026. In the relocation, the company moved a business base where about 200 employees work into an office of approximately 454 tsubo (approx. 16,200 sq. ft.). The new office reflects the brand worlds of the company’s hotel brands, including The Celestine Hotels, Mitsui Garden Hotels and sequence. The company reorganized its headquarters space in an office building in the Nihonbashi area, where the Mitsui Fudosan Group has a strong presence, as a place where employees and visitors can experience its own brands.
