Sankei Building Completes Mixed-Use Retail, Office and Residential Building in Tokyo’s Kita-Shinjuku

Sankei Building completed S-LINKS Kita-Shinjuku, an urban mixed-use property it had been developing in Kita-Shinjuku 1-chome, Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo, on March 31, 2026. The property consists of NOW/HERE Kita-Shinjuku, a shared office facility; Le Fond Progrès Kita-Shinjuku, a rental apartment property; retail space; and other components.

The property is located a three-minute walk from Okubo Station on the JR Sobu Line, a seven-minute walk from Shin-Okubo Station on the JR Yamanote Line and a nine-minute walk from Seibu-Shinjuku Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line.
