Mercury Develops Single-Occupant Rental Apartment in Oshiage

Mercury Inc. is developing "Mercury Oshiage," a rental apartment building in Bunka 1-chome, Sumida Ward, Tokyo. Construction began in February 2026, with completion scheduled for the end of February 2027.

The property is located a 10-minute walk east of Oshiage Station. While the area around the station is home to tourist and commercial hubs such as Tokyo Skytree and Solamachi, the property itself is surrounded by a quiet residential neighborhood.
