neoAI to Relocate to WeWork in Toranomon
neoAI, an AI startup originating from the University of Tokyo’s Matsuo Laboratory, will relocate its headquarters to “WeWork KDX Toranomon 1-chome” in Toranomon, Minato Ward, Tokyo. The company will expand from about 70 seats at its current office to 249 seats, more than tripling its capacity, with move-in scheduled for June 2026. The relocation will give neoAI exclusive use of one floor in the building.
Founded in August 2022, neoAI provides generative AI solutions primarily for critical infrastructure industries, including finance, energy and transportation. The company has deployed its services at more than 250 companies, and the relocation comes as its current office has become too small amid rapid business growth. For the company, which places importance on having all employees work face to face, the move will represent its largest investment to date.
The relocation destination, “KDX Toranomon 1-chome Building,” is an 11-story steel-frame building with one basement level and partial steel-reinforced concrete construction, completed in 2013, with a typical floor plate of approximately 246 tsubo (approx. 8,754 sq. ft.). It is located a three-minute walk from Toranomon Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and a three-minute walk from Toranomon Hills Station on the Hibiya Line. neoAI will use the building’s third floor as a WeWork flexible office.
