Hakuto to Relocate Headquarters to CO・MO・RE YOTSUYA’s YOTSUYA TOWER in Fall 2027

Hakuto Co., Ltd. plans to relocate its headquarters in around fall 2027 to CO・MO・RE YOTSUYA – YOTSUYA TOWER in Yotsuya 1-chome, Shinjuku Ward. The move will consolidate currently dispersed headquarters divisions to strengthen interdepartmental collaboration and external partnerships.

The destination property is a one-minute walk from Yotsuya Station on the JR Chūō/Chūō-Sōbu lines and the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi and Namboku lines, and is directly connected to the station within a large-scale mixed-use development. The new office will incorporate co-creation zones, social spaces, and a hands-on technology showcase area to promote communication inside and outside the company.

As part of its medium-term management plan, the company has prioritized strategic investment in facilities. By building an advanced workplace, it aims to raise employee productivity and bolster talent acquisition, positioning the new site as a hub to enhance co-creation value with customers as a technology-focused trading company.

In the Yotsuya Station office submarket, as of October 2025, average asking rents were in the high JPY 16,000 per tsubo range (per tsubo ≈ approx. 35.6 sq. ft.), with vacancy running in the 10% range (editorial analysis based on estie research data). Since late 2024, rents have trended upward amid continued consolidation and expansion moves by companies prioritizing station-proximate locations.
