Hankyu Hanshin, CRE and Sembcorp Deliver Their Largest Vietnam Logistics Facility to Date

Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. and CRE, Inc. have completed Sembcorp Logistics Park (Thuy Nguyen) in northern Vietnam, a project jointly developed with Singapore-based Sembcorp Development Ltd.

The facility is located within the VSIP Hai Phong Integrated Township and Industrial Park in Hai Phong, the largest port city in northern Vietnam. It is the first two-story warehouse completed under this development scheme, with a site area of approx. 7,000 tsubo (approx. 247,000 sq. ft.). Each building offers a leasable area of approx. 6,000 tsubo (approx. 212,000 sq. ft.), making it the largest logistics asset operated by the group in Vietnam.

Through Sembcorp Infra Services Pte. Ltd., the partners have been developing and operating logistics properties across northern and central Vietnam. With this latest completion, the total number of completed logistics buildings now stands at 12, with a combined leasable area of approx. 48,400 tsubo (approx. 1.71 million sq. ft.).

Hai Phong benefits from proximity to seaports and airports and is connected to Hanoi via major arterial highways, giving it strong competitiveness as a regional logistics hub. Situated within a government-backed industrial park, the new facility is well-positioned to capture growing logistics demand.
