Yasuda Real Estate Joins ESR Group’s Large-Scale Logistics Development in Singapore’s Sunview Way

Yasuda Real Estate Co., Ltd. has announced its participation in a large-scale logistics facility development project in Sunview Way, western Singapore, led by ESR Group. This marks the company’s fifth overseas project and its first venture into the logistics sector.Strategically located with excellent connectivity to Tuas Mega Port, Pasir Panjang Terminal, and the Johor–Singapore Causeway to Malaysia, the facility is planned to function as a regional logistics hub. The project will be built on a site of approximately 21,668 tsubo (approx. 716,000 sq. ft.) with a total gross floor area of about 43,336 tsubo (approx. 1.43 million sq. ft.). It will comprise a six-story warehouse building with a gross floor area of approximately 29,856 tsubo (approx. 985,900 sq. ft.) and a two-story automated container depot totaling roughly 13,480 tsubo (approx. 445,700 sq. ft.).Completion is targeted for 2027, with CEVA Logistics and Allied Container Group slated to be anchor tenants. Building on its previous investments in U.S. office assets and rental housing in Vietnam, Yasuda Real Estate aims to leverage this project to expand its expertise in logistics assets and the Southeast Asian market while enhancing the stable income profile of its overseas portfolio.
