TRE Holdings to Consolidate Headquarters at BLUE FRONT SHIBAURA TOWER S

TRE Holdings, together with its group companies Takeei Corporation and River Corporation, will consolidate and relocate its headquarters functions to “BLUE FRONT SHIBAURA TOWER S” in Minato-ku, Tokyo.

The phased relocation will begin in or after August 2026, aiming to improve operational efficiency by unifying previously dispersed headquarters functions.The new office location, “BLUE FRONT SHIBAURA,” is part of a National Strategic Special Zone development led by Nomura Real Estate Development and East Japan Railway Company (JR East), scheduled for completion in 2025.

Tower S will feature 43 above-ground floors and 3 below-ground levels, with standard floor plates measuring approx. 1,559.72 tsubo (approx. 51,550 sq. ft.), making it one of the largest office buildings in Tokyo.TRE Holdings is an environmental infrastructure company focusing on waste treatment and recycling, resource circulation, and renewable energy.

The company is committed to realizing a circular economy centered on resource recycling and decarbonization.
