ARC to Relocate Headquarters to OIMACHI TRACKS BUSINESS TOWER in Fall 2026
ARC Co., Ltd., an independent systems integrator, will relocate its headquarters in fall 2026 to the OIMACHI TRACKS BUSINESS TOWER, a new mixed-use development by the East Japan Railway Group. The move reflects the company’s continued growth and organizational expansion in Oimachi, Shinagawa Ward—where the company was originally founded.
The new office tower, directly connected to JR Oimachi Station, is scheduled for completion in March 2026. It will feature 26 stories above ground and 3 below, with a gross floor area of approximately 75,600 tsubo (approx. 2.67 million sq. ft.) and typical floor plates of about 1,550 tsubo (approx. 55,000 sq. ft.).
Since its founding in 1980, ARC has provided end-to-end services—from server and network design to software development and education programs. Headquartered in Oimachi, Shinagawa Ward, the company operates eight offices across Japan including in Nagoya, Sendai, Osaka, and Chiba.
In recent years, ARC has also focused on cultivating ICT talent through industry-academia-government partnerships. In February 2025, the company made a strategic investment in NashaTech, an AI startup based in Mongolia, to pursue joint development in AI and digital transformation (DX) technologies.
