Nippon Sanso Holdings and Taiyo Nippon Sanso to Relocate Headquarters to World Trade Center Building Main Tower in 2027

Nippon Sanso Holdings Corporation, together with Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation, announced plans to relocate their headquarters from the Toyo Building in Shinagawa Ward to the World Trade Center Building Main Tower in Minato Ward. The move is scheduled for December 2027.

The new office will be directly connected to JR and Tokyo Monorail Hamamatsucho Station as well as Toei Asakusa and Oedo Line Daimon Station. The large-scale office tower is scheduled for completion in 2027, with 46 stories above ground and 3 below, and a standard floor plate of approx. 848 tsubo (approx. 28,050 sq. ft.).
