Kasumigaseki Capital Breaks Ground on Automated Frozen Warehouse in Miyoshi, Saitama

Kasumigaseki Capital Co., Ltd. announced on August 3, 2026, that construction had begun on LOGI FLAG TECH Miyoshi II, an automated frozen warehouse in Miyoshi, Iruma District, Saitama Prefecture, for which the company is entrusted with asset management services. Completion is scheduled for February 2029.

The project site is located approximately 1.3 km from the Miyoshi Smart IC on the Kan-etsu Expressway, supporting deliveries to central Tokyo as well as wide-area distribution via the expressway network.

The first floor will house a cargo-handling area and a chilled area kept at 5°C. The second floor will make use of a space with a ceiling height of approximately 20.4 m, providing a frozen storage area capable of temperatures as low as -25°C. Automated racking will automate the loading and unloading of cargo within the freezer, accommodating 21,846 pallets, helping to address labor shortages in the logistics industry and improve the harsh working environment inside frozen warehouses.

Kasumigaseki Capital develops automated frozen warehouses equipped with automated racking under its LOGI FLAG TECH brand. In Miyoshi, LOGI FLAG TECH Tokorozawa I, which accommodates 4,190 pallets, was completed in September 2024.
