Infonet Relocates Headquarters to Shimbashi Tokyu Building and Appoints New President

On June 27, 2025, Infonet Inc., a provider of CMS and web solutions, announced the appointment of Satoshi Furuyado as its new President and CEO. In tandem with the leadership transition, the company also revealed plans to relocate its headquarters from “Otemachi First Square West Tower” in Chiyoda Ward to the “Shimbashi Tokyu Building” in Minato Ward, effective July 22. The company aims to reinforce its business foundation by expanding office space under the new management structure.

Mr. Furuyado joined Infonet in 2020 after holding key roles at companies including Lilycolor, Remixpoint, and Wamnet Japan. At Infonet, he has led the Customer Success Division and spearheaded the commercialization of AI-related products.　

The new office, located just a two-minute walk from JR, Tokyo Metro, and Toei Subway’s Shimbashi Station, is situated along Daiichi Keihin Avenue. The “Shimbashi Tokyu Building” is a modern office tower completed in 2008, featuring 16 stories above ground and one basement level. It offers approximately 4,559 tsubo (approx. 150,675 sq. ft.) of gross floor area, with column-free standard floor plates of around 206 tsubo (approx. 6,810 sq. ft.), 2,800 mm ceiling heights, 100 mm raised OA floors, individual air conditioning, and six passenger elevators.

Infonet’s core product, the cloud-based CMS platform “infoCMS,” has been adopted by over 500 companies. For the fiscal year ended March 2025, the company recorded revenue of JPY 2.01 billion, a 13.7% year-on-year increase. The headquarters relocation reflects the company's intent to secure larger workspaces in line with its expanding workforce and business operations.
