TC Kobelco Announces Completion of “AS-LOGI Rinku” Logistics Facility in Osaka

On June 30, TC Kobelco Real Estate announced the completion of “AS-LOGI Rinku,” a multi-tenant logistics facility with a gross floor area of approximately 3,200 tsubo (approx. 105,800 sq. ft.), located in Rinku Town, Izumisano City, Osaka Prefecture. This marks the fourth project in the company’s “AS-LOGI” logistics series. Construction took approximately 14 months.
The property has been fully leased to LogiQuest Incorporated., a logistics firm primarily serving the domestic market. Situated near Kansai International Airport and the Hanshin Expressway Bayshore Route, the facility will function as a key distribution hub for air cargo and wide-area delivery.
Located approximately 8 km from the center of Kansai International Airport’s island and 450 meters from the Izumisano-Minami Interchange on the Hanshin Expressway Route 4 Bayshore Line, the site offers excellent access by air, sea, and land. It is also within a 13-minute walk of Rinku Town Station on both the JR and Nankai Lines.
The facility features a five-story steel-frame box-type structure, with five large truck berths and three waiting bays on the ground floor. It is equipped with three freight elevators. The clear ceiling height is 5.5 meters on the first floor and 5.0 meters on floors 4–5, while the floor load capacity is 2.0 t/m² on the first floor and 1.5 t/m² on floors 2–4. Air conditioning for operational use is installed on upper floors, supporting flexible use cases.
The “AS-LOGI” brand is TC Shinko’s standard logistics platform, primarily developed across the Kansai region. Completed assets include Kobe I (2022), Takatsuki (2024), and Kobe II (2025). Upcoming developments in Ayase (scheduled for 2025) and Suzuka (scheduled for 2026) will further strengthen the company’s integrated air and land logistics network.
