AD Works Group Enters Hotel Operation Business Through Subsidiary
AD Works Group announced on September 16, 2026, that it will launch a hotel operation business through its consolidated subsidiary Jupiter Funding. The subsidiary changed its trade name to ADW Hotel Management on the same day.
In key areas of Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka, ADW Hotel Management will open and operate hotels that the group develops, acquires and revitalizes, while also taking on operating contracts for existing hotels owned by outside owners, supporting rebranding, and assisting with the planning and opening of newly built hotels. It is targeting apartment hotels geared toward medium- to long-term stays and family and group use, with approximately 20 to 100 rooms each.
According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Bureau of Industrial and Labor Affairs, the most common length of stay among foreign visitors to Tokyo in 2025 was four to six nights, at 41.8%, pointing to strong demand for multi-night stays. In addition, while lodging demand is concentrated in Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka, the group's main business areas, the pace of new hotel supply there is expected to slow, and AD Works Group sees room for medium- to long-term growth in the apartment hotel market.
ADW Hotel Management will begin marketing for operating contracts in October 2026. Going forward, it will prepare to begin operating the group's first hotel under in-house development (the Fukuoka Hakata Ekimae Project, scheduled to open around autumn 2027), while also pursuing operating contracts from outside hotel owners and developers. It aims to expand to 40 hotels and 1,500 rooms under operation by 2034.
