PR TIMES to Relocate Headquarters to Toranomon Hills Business Tower in Summer 2026
PR TIMES will relocate its headquarters within Minato Ward to Toranomon Hills Business Tower in the summer of 2026. Supported by rapid business expansion and ongoing organizational growth, the company aims to upgrade its office footprint and strengthen its operational structure in one of Tokyo’s prime business districts.
The new office will directly connect to Tokyo Metro’s Hibiya Line Toranomon Hills Station and Ginza Line Toranomon Station, occupying approximately 3,000㎡ (approx. 32,292 sq. ft.) on the 28th floor of the tower. Completed in 2020, the high-rise mixed-use development offers about 96,000㎡ (approx. 1,033,334 sq. ft.) of office space and extensive large-scale office functions.
PR TIMES has recorded revenue growth for 18 consecutive fiscal years since its founding. Its flagship press release distribution service, “PR TIMES,” is now used by more than 116,000 companies. The company forecasts JPY 3.6 billion in operating profit for FY2025, surpassing the targets set under its medium-term plan “Milestone 2025.” Operating profit has expanded twentyfold since its 2016 IPO.
