Kyushu Railway Company acquired Prime Suehirocho Building, an office building in 1-chome Ueno, Taito Ward, Tokyo, on March 19, 2026. The property fronts Chuo-dori and is located about a three-minute walk from Yushima Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line, about a four-minute walk from Suehirocho Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, and about a five-minute walk from Okachimachi Station on the JR Line.
The building was completed in March 1984 and has an SRC structure, with eight above-ground floors and four basement levels. The site area is about 131 tsubo (approx. 4,661 sq. ft.), and the gross floor area is about 1,048 tsubo (approx. 37,291 sq. ft.). The typical floor plate is about 88 tsubo (approx. 3,131 sq. ft.), and the property is equipped with two elevators. Its former name was Unizo Suehirocho Building.
Since listing in 2016, the company has positioned its real estate business as a key growth pillar and has expanded investments outside Kyushu.
