TC KOBELCO REAL ESTATE Completes Logistics Facility in Suzuka City

AS-LOGI Suzuka, a logistics facility developed by TC KOBELCO REAL ESTATE CO.,LTD., was completed on March 31, 2026. It is the company’s sixth property in the AS-LOGI series and its first project in the Chubu region. The property is currently being marketed to tenants.

The property is located in Kitanowari, Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture. It is a two-story, box-type logistics facility with a gross floor area of approximately 3,311 tsubo. It is about 2.3 kilometers from the Suzuka interchange on the Higashi-Meihan Expressway and about 7.3 kilometers from the Suzuka PA Smart interchange on the Shin-Meishin Expressway, offering efficient distribution access not only to Nagoya but also to Yokkaichi and Kuwana, as well as Matsusaka and Tsu. The site is not located within an anticipated inundation area on the hazard map, giving it an advantage from a business continuity planning standpoint.

The facility includes truck berths that can accommodate 45-foot large trailers, along with staging space for three 45-foot large trailers and three 10-ton trucks. It has floor load capacity of 1.5 tons per square meter and a clear height under beams of 5.5 meters, and is equipped with two freight elevators, two vertical conveyors and two dock levelers. On the environmental side, it has obtained CASBEE A-rank certification and features LED lighting throughout the building and water-saving plumbing fixtures. It is also equipped with an emergency generator capable of operating for 48 hours during a power outage.

Since completing AS-LOGI Kobe I in September 2022, the company has expanded the AS-LOGI logistics facility series across the Kansai, Kanto and Chubu regions, bringing the total to six properties with this completion.
