TKP Corporation Fully Opens TKP CROSSCOOP Nagoya Taiko, a Conference Room and Rental Office Complex, in Nagoya
TKP Corporation fully opened the complex workspace TKP CROSSCOOP Nagoya Taiko in Taiko, Nakamura Ward, Nagoya, on July 3, 2026. The facility was developed within the TKP Nagoya Building as an integrated complex combining the office banquet facility TKP Garden City PREMIUM Nagoya Taiko and the rental office CROSSCOOP Nagoya Taiko, marking the company's first single-building rollout in the Nagoya area.
The facility is located at the Taiko 1-chome intersection, a six-minute walk from JR Nagoya Station. The total leased area of the facility is approximately 2,608 tsubo (approx. 92,800 sq. ft.), with 12 rental office rooms on the 7th floor. The rental conference rooms and halls comprise 36 rooms across the 1st through 11th floors, ranging from meeting rooms of approximately 4 tsubo (approx. 100 sq. ft.) to an event hall of approximately 150 tsubo (approx. 5,300 sq. ft.).
The facility was originally planned as a complex with the shared office brand fabbit, but after TKP Corporation made the operating company behind CROSSCOOP a subsidiary in March 2026, the rental office component was changed to CROSSCOOP as part of a brand strategy to strengthen its rental office business. This marks the CROSSCOOP brand's first entry into Aichi Prefecture and the first rollout under the TKP CROSSCOOP name, positioning the project as a new base in the Chubu region and a foothold for the brand's nationwide expansion.
