Hankyu Hanshin Properties commenced construction in November 2025 on “SUITE Tamachi,” the fourth property in its mid-sized office series “SUITE,” with completion slated for spring 2027. The site offers excellent visibility along Daiichi Keihin and convenient access to both Mita Station on the Toei lines and Tamachi Station on JR lines.

The building will rise 13 stories above ground with a Gross Floor Area of approx. 1,260 tsubo (approx. 41,600 sq. ft.) and typical floor plates of approx. 97 tsubo (approx. 3,200 sq. ft.). All office floors will feature full set-up specifications, with Kokuyo overseeing interior design and supervision. The project will offer a rooftop terrace with views toward Tokyo Tower and shared amenities such as a conference room in the entrance hall to support diverse workstyles.

Since October 2023, the company has accelerated the rollout of the “SUITE” series, targeting two to three developments per year in the Tokyo metropolitan area. SUITE Shin-Okachimachi, completed in April 2025, is reportedly fully leased, and leasing momentum continues at SUITE Shin-Yokohama, completed in October the same year. SUITE Nihonbashi Ningyocho is also under construction for a planned spring 2027 completion. In addition to new developments, the company is expanding its presence in the mid-sized office market through the renovation-focused “enSUITE” series.

In the Mita–Tamachi area, average asking rents for recently built mid-sized offices (Gross Floor Area under 1,000 tsubo, within five years of completion) were in the high JPY 27,000-per-tsubo range as of October 2025, according to data compiled by the editorial team based on “estie market research.”
