Ageless Relocates Headquarters to FORECAST Gotanda WEST Amid Business Expansion

Ageless Inc., a startup specializing in recruitment services, relocated its headquarters to FORECAST Gotanda WEST in Nishi-Gotanda, Shinagawa Ward, on August 4, 2025. Now in its fourth year since founding, the company made the move to accommodate its growing workforce and to support its anticipated business expansion.

The new office is located a 9-minute walk from Gotanda Station (served by the JR Yamanote Line, Toei Asakusa Line, and Tokyu Ikegami Line) and a 6-minute walk from Osaki-Hirokoji Station on the Tokyu Ikegami Line. The building was completed in October 1989 and features 12 floors above ground and 2 basement levels.

It offers a gross floor area of approximately 4,179 tsubo (approx. 138,200 sq. ft.), with a standard floor plate of around 231 tsubo (approx. 7,640 sq. ft.).
