Daiwa Securities Living Investment Corporation announced on October 31, 2025, that it will sell a portfolio of eight healthcare facilities. The buyer has not been disclosed, and the transaction is scheduled to close on November 4.
The portfolio includes “Charm Premier Kamakurayama,” “Azheim Tsunashima,” “Library Shin-Shibamata,” “Ishinkan Kamiooka,” and “Sunny Life Kamakura Tamanawa,” among others, most of which are located in Tokyo and Kanagawa Prefecture. Each facility is operated by a single tenant and maintains full occupancy.
The REIT selected the buyer after negotiations with multiple potential investors, choosing the offer with the highest bid. The sale is intended to support portfolio rebalancing and capital recycling. Proceeds will be allocated toward unitholder distributions and future acquisitions, aiming to enhance unitholder value.
