GVA TECH Relocates Headquarters to Toranomon, Minato Ward
GVA TECH relocated its head office on April 20, 2026, from Shibuya Ward to Toranomon 36 Mori Building in Toranomon, Minato Ward. The move is intended to support business expansion and strengthen the company’s organizational structure.
The company is a legal tech startup founded in 2017. It develops and provides AI-powered contract review services and legal support tools. It has been listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market since 2024, and had 68 employees as of the end of 2024, with active hiring underway across all positions.
The relocation destination, Toranomon 36 Mori Building, is an SRC-structure office building with 10 above-ground floors and two basement levels, completed in August 1981. It underwent renovations in 2003 and 2012. It has a ceiling height of 3,691 mm and a typical floor plate of approximately 252 tsubo (approx. 8,961 sq. ft.). It is about a four-minute walk from Toranomon Hills Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line.
In recent years, the Toranomon area has seen a growing concentration of startups.
