Orix Real Estate has completed construction of the Misato II Logistics Center, a multi-tenant logistics facility in Misato City, Saitama Prefecture, in October 2025.
The property is located approximately 2.9 kilometers from Gaikan Misato-Nishi Interchange on the Tokyo Gaikan Expressway and about 2.6 kilometers from the Misato Interchange on the Joban Expressway, offering excellent access for wide-area distribution within roughly an hour’s reach of central Tokyo.
