Hulic Co., Ltd. announced on August 22, 2025, the completion of the “Hulic Ginza Building” (formerly referred to as the Ginza Building Redevelopment Project). The property replaces the original 1974 building with a mixed-use facility incorporating hospitality, office, and retail components.
