Nippon Steel Kowa, Mitsubishi Estate Launch Sales for QUILL RESORT OKINAWA Condominium Hotel

Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd., in partnership with Mitsubishi Estate Residence Co., Ltd., Cosmos Initia Co., Ltd., and Yugaf Holdings.Inc., launched the first phase of sales for the condominium hotel “QUILL RESORT OKINAWA condominium hotel” in Motobu, Okinawa on August 20, 2025. Unit registration will begin on September 27, with completion scheduled for late December 2027 and opening slated for spring 2028.

The project is a condominium-style hotel where individual units are sold under a strata ownership structure. When owners are absent, the property will be operated by a management company. Maeda Sangyo Hotels will oversee hospitality operations, while Tokyu Resort, Mitsubishi Estate Residence, and Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate will handle sales.

The site sits on a hillside overlooking the East China Sea, within close proximity to major tourist attractions. The resort will comprise 230 suites, each larger than 50 square meters (approx. 538 sq. ft.), designed for extended stays with in-room kitchens and laundry facilities. Planned amenities include an infinity pool, a semi-open-air bath with sauna, a club lounge, and an all-day dining restaurant.
