Meitetsu City Design to Begin Construction of Office Building in Nagoya’s Marunouchi District

Meitetsu City Design Co.,Ltd. announced on September 11 that it has started development of the tentative “Meitetsu Marunouchi 1-Chome Building” in Nagoya’s Naka Ward.

The property is a three-minute walk from Marunouchi Station on the Nagoya Municipal Subway Sakura-dori and Tsurumai lines, and a six-minute walk from Kokusai Center Station on the Sakura-dori Line. The project will consist of seven floors above ground and one below, with a gross floor area of approximately 1,378.44 tsubo (approx. 45,550 sq. ft.). Completion is scheduled for the end of June 2027.
