Tokyo Tatemono and Misawa Home Break Ground on Multi-Tenant Logistics Facility in Konan, Aichi

Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. and Misawa Home Co., Ltd. commenced construction on October 3, 2025, for the new multi-tenant logistics facility tentatively named the Konan–Komaki Logistics Facility Project in Konan City, Aichi Prefecture. The development utilizes land owned by Misawa Home as part of its CRE (Corporate Real Estate) strategy, with the completed building to be jointly owned by both companies. Completion is scheduled for May 2027.

The facility is located approximately 5 kilometers from the Komaki Interchange on the Tomei and Meishin Expressways, and near National Route 41. The four-story structure will have a gross floor area of about 9,472 tsubo (approx. 313,000 sq. ft.). It will be equipped with four vertical conveyors, four freight elevators, 30 truck berths, and 63 passenger car parking spaces, accommodating up to four tenants.
