Prologis to Develop Logistics Facility Adjacent to Tohoku Expressway Interchange in Iwate

Prologis will develop a new logistics facility, Prologis Park Kitakami Kanegasaki 2, on a site adjacent to the Kitakami-Kanegasaki Interchange of the Tohoku Expressway.

The site is located approximately 15 minutes by car from JR Kitakami Station and 10 minutes from JR Kanegasaki Station. The development will consist of up to two buildings with a combined gross floor area of approximately 12,500 tsubo (approx. 41,300 sq. m). The layout, including one or two floors per building, will be tailored to tenant requirements, and the facility is expected to accommodate HAZMAT storage for cosmetics and alcoholic products.
