Tokyo Tatemono To Develop Two Logistics Facilities in Yashio, Saitama Prefecture
Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. started construction on T-LOGI Yashio, a dry logistics facility in Yashio City, Saitama Prefecture, on June 1, 2026. The company also decided to develop T-LOGI Yashio II, a frozen and refrigerated logistics facility. Both properties will be four-level box-type facilities designed for single-tenant use.
T-LOGI Yashio is scheduled for completion in August 2027. The property is located about 3.3 kilometers from the Yashio-minami interchange on the Shuto Expressway Route 6 Misato Line and about 4.1 kilometers from the Misato interchange on the Joban Expressway and Shuto Expressway Route 6 Misato Line. The warehouse area will have a three-level configuration, with a Gross Floor Area of approximately 4,617 tsubo (approx. 164,300 sq. ft.). The facility will include truck berths that can accommodate 16 large trucks at the same time, as well as parking for 40 vehicles.
T-LOGI Yashio II is scheduled to start construction in June 2027 and be completed in January 2029. The property is located about 3.9 kilometers from the Yashio-minami interchange on the Shuto Expressway Route 6 Misato Line, about 5.3 kilometers from the Misato interchange on the Joban Expressway and Shuto Expressway Route 6 Misato Line, and about 5.3 kilometers from the Soka interchange on the Tokyo Gaikan Expressway. The second and third floors are planned to include frozen areas and temperature-adjustable warehouse space, while the first floor will include refrigerated areas and 21 dock shelters. The facility is designed to meet demand from the growth of food-related e-commerce, rebuilding and relocation of aging frozen and refrigerated warehouses, and cold-chain restructuring.
The company operates the T-LOGI logistics facility brand. As of June 2026, it has participated in more than 50 projects. In Saitama Prefecture, the company has been developing properties mainly in the Ken-O Expressway area, including T-LOGI Kuki and T-LOGI Shiraoka. Through this project, the company will develop two properties in Yashio City, inside the Tokyo Gaikan Expressway, in a location that can serve both urban delivery and regional distribution needs.
Yashio City offers strong access to the Shuto Expressway Route 6 Misato Line, the Joban Expressway and the Tokyo Gaikan Expressway.
