ORIX Real Estate has completed the “Misato I Logistics Center,” a multi-tenant logistics facility it developed in Misato City, Saitama Prefecture. The property was delivered in January 2026. Located about 2 kilometers from the Gaikan Misato-Nishi IC on the Tokyo Gaikan Expressway, the site enables deliveries to central Tokyo within an hour.
The building has a Gross Floor Area of approximately 13,678 tsubo (approx. 486,700 sq. ft.) and is a four-story steel-frame structure. It features a rampway system that allows vehicles to directly access each floor.
