Mitsui Fudosan Residential To Develop For-Sale Condominium in Funabashi, Chiba Prefecture
Mitsui Fudosan Residential will develop Park Homes Funabashi, a new for-sale condominium property in Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture. First-phase sales are scheduled to begin in late July 2026, with completion planned for January 2028.
The property will have 15 floors above ground and 121 residential units. It is located in an arcade shopping district near the station, a four-minute walk from Funabashi Station on the JR Chuo-Sobu Line and a two-minute walk from Keisei Funabashi Station on the Keisei Main Line, with numerous restaurants in the surrounding area.
