Mitsui Fudosan Residential To Develop For-Sale Condominium in Funabashi, Chiba Prefecture

Mitsui Fudosan Residential will develop Park Homes Funabashi, a new for-sale condominium property in Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture. First-phase sales are scheduled to begin in late July 2026, with completion planned for January 2028.

The property will have 15 floors above ground and 121 residential units. It is located in an arcade shopping district near the station, a four-minute walk from Funabashi Station on the JR Chuo-Sobu Line and a two-minute walk from Keisei Funabashi Station on the Keisei Main Line, with numerous restaurants in the surrounding area. The property will be the company’s first for-sale condominium to introduce FreeiD, a facial recognition ID platform, allowing residents to unlock access from the entrance to their individual unit doors using only facial recognition. In addition, all units will include the eLife smart home service.

Funabashi Station provides access to Tokyo Station in 26 minutes, while the surrounding area offers strong daily convenience with commercial facilities such as Tobu Department Store and Shapo Funabashi. Nearby, Branz City Funabashi Biare, a four-building, 738-unit project being developed by JR East Urban Development and Tokyu Land, and Premist Tower Funabashi, a one-building, 677-unit project being developed by Daiwa House Industry and Tokyo Tatemono, are both scheduled for completion in March 2028.(see related article:JR East Urban Development and Tokyu Land to Develop Large-Scale Condominium Project “BRANZ CITY Funabashi Viale”
