Cosmos Initia Joins 1,400-Unit For-Sale Residential Development in Ho Chi Minh City
Cosmos Initia will participate in TT GENESIS, a for-sale residential development project in the Nha Be District of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The project will be the company’s second condominium development project in Vietnam, following its first project, TT AVIO.
The project is a mixed residential development combining high-rise condominium buildings and detached homes on an approximately 1.9-hectare site. The project will have a total of approximately 1,400 units across condominium and detached housing components, with plans calling for two 30-story condominium towers. Planned unit types include studios, 1BR, 2BR and 3BR units, with a focus on two-bedroom units, for which demand is high among families. The project will be advanced with TT Capital Investment JSC, a local real estate developer that also partnered on the first project, as well as other partners. Construction and the start of sales reservations are scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.
In Ho Chi Minh City, housing demand is expanding against the backdrop of population growth and economic development. Backed by the strong performance of its first project, which has achieved a sales progress rate of more than 90%, Cosmos Initia will expand its residential development business in the Ho Chi Minh metropolitan area.
