Daibiru and Compass Offices Open Second ‘ouno’ Shared Workspace in Tokyo’s Yaesu District

Daibiru, together with Compass Offices Japan, opened the shared workspace “ouno (Ouno) Yaesu × Compass Offices” inside the Yaesu Daibiru Building in Kyobashi, Tokyo, on November 1, 2025. This is the second location under the “ouno” brand, following “ouno Midosuji” in Osaka.
The facility sits three minutes on foot from Tokyo Station’s Yaesu Exit with a direct connection to the Yaesu Underground Mall, offering prime commuter convenience. It centers on private offices scalable from single-user suites to rooms for roughly 50 people, with complimentary access to a business lounge for members. By partnering with Compass Offices—well known for attracting inbound multinationals—the venture aims to serve evolving workplace needs.
Compass Offices, a major flexible office provider active across nine cities in the Asia–Pacific region, co-operates the new site. On-site services include staffed reception by community managers, conference rooms, and dual-layer security, delivering a high-quality environment for tenants ranging from startups to large enterprises.
Around Tokyo Station, the office market remained tight as of October 2025, with vacancy below 1% and average asking rents hovering in the upper JPY 27,000s per tsubo (approx. per 35.6 sq. ft.), according to estie research compiled by the editorial team. Against this backdrop, demand continues to rise for high-quality flexible offices that support diverse work styles.
