Kanden Realty Opens New Wing at ANA Holiday Inn Resort Shinano-Omachi Kuroyon

Kanden Realty & Development Co., Ltd. opened a new wing of the ANA Holiday Inn Resort Shinano-Omachi Kuroyon on September 2, 2025, in Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture. The property is operated by IHG Hotels & Resorts under management contract from Kanden Amenix.

The resort is located about a 15-minute drive from JR Ōito Line’s Shinano-Omachi Station and roughly 45 minutes by car from the Azumino Interchange on the Nagano Expressway. The property now offers 103 guestrooms across its main building (73 rooms) and the newly built annex (30 rooms), with a total gross floor area of 13,238.11㎡ (approx. 142,500 sq. ft.).

The new annex features natural hot spring view baths in all 30 guestrooms and includes a new restaurant converted from a former chapel.
